Architect (Sustainable Design)

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Architect with a passion for sustainability. You will be instrumental in designing and overseeing projects that prioritize green building practices, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and enhancing the user experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for multiple architectural projects focusing on sustainability.
• Provide architectural solutions that enhance energy efficiency and sustainability.
• Work closely with teams to develop and maintain project schedules.
• Create graphic presentations of designs for client consultations.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to monitor project progress.
• Assist in preparing project proposals and documentation.
• Research and apply innovative sustainable building techniques.
• Facilitate project meetings with stakeholders to ensure aligned objectives.
• Generate detailed drawings and specifications for project development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainable strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree in Architecture or related discipline preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in architecture with proven experience in sustainable projects

Languages
