Job Description

As a Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in our healthcare team by managing medication therapies and providing comprehensive pharmaceutical care. You will work directly with patients to address their medication needs and ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Verify prescriptions for completeness and accuracy.
• Provide personalized consultations for medication therapy management.
• Collaborate with doctors and nurses to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff.
• Conduct medication therapy reviews for proper use.
• Ensure pharmacy compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Educate patients about medication side effects and interactions.
• Assist in the implementation of health promotion programs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Master's degree in Pharmacy is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of pharmacy experience
