Job Description

Join our team as an IT Support Technician, where you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional IT services to our clients. You will troubleshoot technical issues, assist with hardware and software installations, and provide first-class support to ensure optimal IT performance across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate user needs and recommend appropriate software/hardware solutions.
• Ensure that all IT-related problems are escalated to the IT Manager when needed.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss service improvements.
• Conduct user training sessions for new technologies.
• Assist with backup processes and data recovery.
• Keep abreast of new technologies relevant to the company.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors for service needs.
• Support business continuity planning regarding IT services.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in IT or Computer Science
• Bachelor's degree is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
