Job Description

In the role of Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, managing complaints, and providing appropriate solutions in a timely manner. Your ability to empathize with customers and offer knowledgeable assistance will be key to ensuring customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction after resolution.
  • Educate customers on product features to enhance their experience.
  • Promote additional services and products based on customer needs.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
  • Handle administrative duties related to customer service.
  • Provide feedback on customer trends and needs to management.

Requirements

Education
  • Matriculation Certificate or equivalent
  • Additional training in customer service is a plus
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role is preferred.
