Requirements

Education

• Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• PMP certification is an advantage

Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in project management roles

Technical Skills

• MS Project
• Waterfall Methodology

Soft Skills

• Time Management
• Negotiation

Certifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of risk management frameworks: Experience in identifying and managing project risks effectively.
