Job Description

Join our team as a Supply Chain Coordinator and be at the forefront of logistics management in Durban. You’ll work closely with supply chain team members to optimize inventory levels, track shipments, and resolve any issues that may arise. This position is integral to manufacturing and distribution operations, where your analytical skills will identify areas for improvement and contribute to the overall success of our supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency.
• Oversee logistics projects aimed at reducing cycle times.
• Create and distribute supply chain reports for data-driven decision-making.
• Maintain strong relationships with logistics service providers.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction in the supply chain.
• Conduct regular reviews of operational processes and make recommendations.
• Collaborate with product development teams to align supply chain solutions.
• Manage returns and logistics related to product defects or discrepancies.
• Utilize technology to improve logistics tracking systems.
• Participate in supply chain conferences and maintain industry knowledge.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
• Postgraduate qualification is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in logistics coordination
