Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Site Planner to manage and execute construction projects effectively. You will be integral in coordinating site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing resources efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations on the construction site to ensure adherence to project plans.
  • Lead coordination meetings with stakeholders to discuss project status.
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure timely procurement of materials and resources.
  • Facilitate communication between all parties involved in the project.
  • Continuously assess project performance and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare necessary documentation for compliance and regulatory purposes.

Requirements

Education
  • National Diploma in Building or Construction Management
  • Professional registration as a PrCert or similar is a plus
Experience
  • 5 years of experience in a similar role

Languages
