Responsibilities

• Design and develop architectural plans for various projects in line with client requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers, interior designers, and other consultants to deliver comprehensive designs.
• Conduct site visits and feasibility studies to assess project viability.
• Prepare presentations and project proposals for client meetings.
• Manage project timelines and budgets while maintaining quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with relevant building codes and regulations.
• Utilize software tools for architectural drafting and visualization.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in architectural design.
• Mentor junior architects and interns in design and project management.
• Assist in securing new project leads and client outreach.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in architectural design

• AutoCAD

• Registered South African Architect
