Job Description

As a Patient Services Specialist, you will be at the forefront of providing exceptional patient care. Your role encompasses both administrative and patient-facing duties, ensuring that patients have access to quality healthcare while navigating their treatment paths.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance patient experience.
• Coordinate patient appointments, referrals, and follow-ups.
• Verify insurance and billing information during patient interactions.
• Maintain EMR systems to ensure accurate patient records.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure operational efficiency.
• Assist in training new hires within the patient services team.
• Address inquiries and ensure all patient questions are resolved.
• Promote healthcare services provided by our facility effectively.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Healthcare Administration or Psychology
• Postgraduate qualification is an advantage

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the healthcare field.

• EHR Systems Expertise

Certifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is a plus
• First Aid certification preferred
