Responsibilities

• Develop new AI models and algorithms tailored to client needs.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge AI projects.
• Optimize performance of existing AI models to enhance efficiency.
• Document research findings for sharing with the wider team.
• Engage with clients to gather feedback and improve our AI offerings.
• Provide mentorship to new team members and interns.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project updates.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss project progress and innovations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field
• PhD in AI or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in AI research
