We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our Johannesburg team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in sourcing and placing top talent within various industries. Your expertise in recruitment processes and an understanding of the South African job market will be essential as you liaise with clients and candidates alike. Responsibilities

  • Identify hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct candidate interviews and evaluate their suitability for roles.
  • Act as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with all stakeholders.
  • Utilize data analytics to improve recruitment processes.
  • Attend networking events to strengthen the company's presence in the industry.
  • Provide onboarding support for new hires.
  • Benchmark against industry standards for talent acquisition.
  • Resolve any recruitment challenges that may arise.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
  • HR-related certifications are a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
