Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled and experienced Slurry Tank Operator to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will take charge of operating and maintaining slurry tanks to ensure safe and efficient processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare reports on slurry tank operations and maintenance.
• Continuously improve operational procedures for efficiency.
• Participate in training programs for operational safety and skill enhancement.
• Assist in stock management of materials used in slurry operations.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 certificate or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating slurry tanks in a mining or manufacturing environment

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Basic

Advantageous

• Experience with heavy equipment maintenance: Knowledge of maintenance and repair of various heavy equipment used in mining.
• Certification in heavy equipment operation or similar field: Formal training and certification in safely operating heavy machinery.
