Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced technologies in civil engineering projects to enhance efficiency.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance throughout project stages.
• Draft and present proposal bids to potential clients for new projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of practical experience in civil engineering projects.

• Geotechnical Analysis

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• Safety Management Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Road and Bridge Construction: Hands-on experience in large-scale road and bridge infrastructure projects.
• Fluency in Afrikaans is a plus: Ability to communicate in Afrikaans will be advantageous for local projects.
