Job Description

As a Remote Technical Support Specialist, you will be the first line of support for our clients. You will assist with troubleshooting issues, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication. The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background and excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide remote support to clients experiencing technical difficulties.

Requirements

Education
  • Matriculation or equivalent
  • IT certification (A+, N+, Microsoft) is an advantage
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support or IT service management
