Responsibilities

• Compile and maintain operation and maintenance manuals.
• Develop training programs for junior technicians.
• Collaborate on research initiatives within the renewable energy field.
• Support the implementation of new technologies in energy systems.
• Work to ensure high client satisfaction through effective service delivery.
• Attend workshops and training sessions to stay current with industry trends.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, or Environmental Science is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of direct experience in renewable energy systems

Technical Skills

• Energy efficiency practices
• Troubleshooting systems

Certifications

• NABCEP PV Installer Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
