Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our Bloemfontein team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the design, implementation, and management of various civil engineering projects, ensuring they meet all safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and conduct engineering calculations and simulations.
• Manage the interface between different disciplines on complex projects.
• Ensure all project documentation is managed effectively.
• Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders.
• Evaluate the performance of materials and technologies used in projects.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior engineers.
• Participate positively in team discussions and planning.
• Implement best practices and innovative solutions.
• Conduct project inspections and site assessments.
• Prepare reports and documentation to summarize project results.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with specific experience in road and infrastructure projects.
