Job Description

Looking for an experienced Project Manager to drive our projects in Cape Town. You will be responsible for strategic planning, implementation, and managing project scope to ensure that we meet our clients’ objectives effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team to deliver successful outcomes.
• Track project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Communicate project status to all stakeholders regularly.
• Manage changes to project scope and assess impact on schedules.
• Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
• Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar
• MBA is a plus

Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in project management or related field

Technical Skills

• Budgeting and Financial Management
• Agile Methodologies

Soft Skills

• Negotiation
• Problem-Solving

Certifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
• Certified Project Manager (CPM)

Languages

• English: Fluent
