Job Description

We are seeking a qualified General Practitioner to join our dedicated healthcare team in Cape Town. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to our diverse patient population, focusing on patient health promotion, disease prevention, and treatment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' medical histories and conduct health screenings.
• Formulate and implement patient treatment plans.
• Deliver patient education on health management and wellness.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress and health outcomes.
• Develop strong relationships with patients to ensure effective healthcare delivery.
• Participate actively in team meetings and case discussions.
• Stay updated on advancements in medical practices and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• MBChB or equivalent medical degree
• Focus on Family Medicine is a plus.

Experience

• 3+ years in primary care or emergency medicine

Certifications

• Registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Certification
