UI Designer

Job Description

As a UI Designer at Creative Solutions Ltd., you will have the opportunity to define and craft the look and feel of our digital products. We are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail who is passionate about creating seamless user experiences that not only meet but exceed user expectations.

Responsibilities

• Establish design systems that can be reused across different projects.
• Design high-fidelity prototypes for usability testing and stakeholder presentations.
• Coordinate with external designers and agencies when needed.
• Gather and analyze feedback from users to refine designs.
• Prepare final design specifications and assets for handoff to developers.
• Support accessibility initiatives to ensure all users can effectively interact with our products.
• Create animations and interactive prototypes to enhance user engagement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication or a related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design

Technical Skills

• Sketch
• InVision

Soft Skills

• Communication
• User-focused mindset

Certifications

• Interaction Design Foundation Certificate
• Certified Usability Analyst (CUA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies: Understanding of Agile practices and how they apply to design processes.
• User testing experience: Experience in conducting user testing sessions to gather feedback.
