We are searching for a dedicated Remote IT Support Specialist to enhance our support team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will possess solid experience in troubleshooting software and hardware issues, as well as providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities

  • Utilize remote desktop tools to support clients.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues thoroughly.
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Keep records of client interactions and issues resolved.
  • Participate in team meetings to share insights and improve service.
  • Provide feedback on client concerns or product improvements.
  • Assist in inventory and management of technical equipment.
  • Stay informed about our product offerings and technical updates.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Additional certifications are an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years in technical support or helpdesk roles

  • DNS and DHCP

Certifications

Languages

Advantageous
