As a Bookkeeper at Professional Account Services, you will manage financial records, prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance with local regulations. Responsibilities

• Record financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Generate monthly financial reports for management review.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
• Ensure all financial transactions align with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain filing systems and ensure proper documentation.
• Develop and implement effective bookkeeping practices.
• Track expenditures and monitor budgets closely.
• Support in the implementation of new accounting software as needed.
• Prepare reports for senior management, detailing the company’s financial status.
• Coordinate with external auditors for year-end audits.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant Accounting Degree or Diploma

Experience

• 3-5 years of bookkeeping experience preferred
