UX Designer

Job Description

Shape user experiences as a UX Designer at our rapidly growing design agency in Johannesburg. This role involves conducting user research, testing designs, and collaborating with creative teams to ensure the final product meets user needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop user journeys to align design solutions with user needs.
• Create and maintain design standards and documentation.
• Engage in user testing and feedback loops to iterate on design improvements.
• Analyze competitive products and user behavior to guide design decisions.
• Work with marketing to create engaging user experience narratives.
• Assist in coding basic HTML/CSS for rapid prototypes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Graphic Design, or similar
• Additional certifications in UX Design are an advantage

Experience

• 4+ years of professional experience in User Experience Design

Technical Skills

• Figma
• Adobe Creative Suite
• Interactive Design

Languages

• English: Fluent
