Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Pharmacist to contribute to our community-focused pharmacy in Durban. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of medication management and will be responsible for counseling patients regarding prescriptions, managing medication therapy programs, and collaborating with healthcare providers to optimize patient health.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management for pharmaceutical products.
• Provide immunization services as required.
• Consult with doctors and healthcare providers regarding patient therapy.
• Manage pharmacy staff and delegate tasks effectively.
• Engage in community health initiatives and outreach programs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in patient counseling and managed care

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational

Advantageous
