Responsibilities
Perform well-rounded patient examinations, focusing on preventative care.
Manage the treatment of chronic illnesses and ensure appropriate follow-up.
Actively participate in departmental meetings and health initiatives.
Educate patients about managing health conditions and lifestyle changes.
Establish referrals to other healthcare providers as necessary.
Document patient interactions thoroughly and accurately.
Lead health workshops or seminars for community members.
Consult with other medical professionals regarding complex cases.
Ensure compliance with all state and national health regulations.
Build rapport and trust with patients through compassionate care.
Requirements
Education
MBChB or equivalent degree in Medicine
Postgraduate qualification in Family Medicine or related field is advantageous
Experience
3+ years of experience as a General Practitioner in a clinical setting
