Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Investment Banking Analyst to contribute to critical projects and transactions. In this role, you will analyze financial data, prepare reports, and support client interactions while honing your skills in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute financial valuations based on various methodologies.
• Assist in the management of data rooms for due diligence processes.
• Draft investment memorandums and equity research reports.
• Coordinate with external parties, including accountants and lawyers.
• Gather and compile financial information for external clients.
• Review and analyze competitor financial performance in relevant sectors.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance
• Master’s degree in Finance or related is preferred

Experience

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in investment banking
