Job Description

We are seeking a driven and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team in Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, and managing relationships with key clients. You should have a proven track record in sales and excellent leadership skills to motivate and guide your team towards success.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the sales efforts towards retaining and acquiring key accounts.
  • Ensure that the team is trained and knowledgeable about product offerings.
  • Lead regular sales meetings to discuss performance and strategies.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with all departments.
  • Execute promotional campaigns to drive sales in relevant sectors.
  • Assess and refine sales processes and methodologies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • MBA preferred
