Responsibilities

• Oversee daily ticket sales and reconcile cash and electronic transactions.
• Assist in training new ticketing staff on operational processes.
• Ensure all ticketing operations adhere to company policies and safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in ticketing areas.
• Use ticketing software to manage sales and inventory effectively.
• Resolve ticketing issues and discrepancies efficiently.
• Participate in team meetings to share insights and suggestions for improvement.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in ticketing, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
