Responsibilities

• Plan and execute construction projects from conception to completion.
• Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with legal requirements and company policies.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and other key stakeholders.
• Analyze project plans and specifications to avoid potential issues.
• Manage change orders and scope adjustments in a timely manner.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Professional Certification in Construction Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in construction management
