Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office. Your role will involve managing schedules, handling correspondence, and coordinating meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee office logistics and manage office supplies.
  • Assist in the coordination of company events and activities.
  • Monitor and manage incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Support the Office Manager in various administrative tasks.
  • Create and maintain databases for tracking information.
  • Assist with budgeting and financial reporting tasks.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Contribute to the improvement of office processes and systems.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Degree in Office Management is preferred
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in administrative support or office management
Technical Skills
  • Experience with office management software

Languages
