Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our operations in Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. This role will involve providing administrative support, managing emails, scheduling appointments, and assisting with various projects to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform clerical duties such as filing and data management.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies inventory.
  • Provide updates on project status to the management team.
  • Assist with client onboarding and support tasks.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in administrative or clerical roles
