We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. In this role, you will be responsible for managing online sales channels, optimizing product listings, and developing marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing techniques to drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the e-commerce site, ensuring a smooth user experience.
• Create promotional strategies and monitor their effectiveness in driving traffic and sales.
• Work closely with design and content teams to enhance product visibility through compelling visuals and descriptions.
• Use analytics tools to track user behavior and make data-driven decisions.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and partners to leverage e-commerce opportunities.
• Manage budgets for online marketing and advertising campaigns.
• Report on KPIs and suggest actionable improvements to senior management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce management

Languages
