Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Non-Profit Manager to oversee our community outreach programs in Port Elizabeth. This role involves strategic planning, fundraising, and managing community initiatives to drive positive change. The ideal candidate has a passion for social impact and proven leadership skills, along with experience in the non-profit sector.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic planning sessions to identify community needs.
  • Manage program logistics, including scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Conduct outreach to engage the community and recruit participants.
  • Collaborate with other organizations to enhance service offerings.
  • Develop promotional materials to raise awareness of programs.
  • Analyze data to assess program outcomes and inform decision-making.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences or related field
  • Master's degree in Non-Profit Management or Development is preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in program management within non-profits
