This role involves overseeing the movement of goods from suppliers to customers, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high standards of quality. Responsibilities

• Overall management of logistics operations.
• Develop logistics strategies to meet company objectives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance supply chain efficiency.
• Prepare and review logistics budgets.
• Assess supplier performance and conduct audits.
• Facilitate training for logistics team members.
• Manage logistics costs and identify cost-reduction opportunities.
• Coordinate exports and imports as necessary.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Continuously evaluate and improve logistics processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
