Responsibilities

• Architect and optimize cloud infrastructure for better performance and reliability.
• Lead projects to implement best practices in system reliability.
• Ensure effective disaster recovery protocols are in place.
• Create and manage CI/CD pipelines for ongoing deployments.
• Foster a culture of reliability within engineering teams.
• Handle troubleshooting and scripting to resolve service outages.
• Guide team members on reliability principles and practices.
• Evaluate current systems and processes for optimization opportunities.
• Manage vendor relationships to support cloud services.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in cloud reliability.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in site reliability or DevOps roles

Technical Skills

• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Monitoring Tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
• CI/CD Tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Time management

Certifications

• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer

Languages

• English: Fluent
