Responsibilities

• Conduct A/B testing to evaluate design effectiveness and gather user feedback.
• Assist in the development of responsive design elements for various devices.
• Work closely with developers to bring your visions to life in the final product.
• Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders and be open to feedback.
• Create user journey maps that illustrate the user experience.
• Participate actively in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Monitor analytics to assess how users interact with products and suggest improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Design or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design

Technical Skills

• Prototyping tools (InVision, Adobe XD)
• User research techniques

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Empathy

Certifications

• Google UX Design Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with user testing tools (e.g., UsabilityHub, Lookback): Knowledgeable in employing user testing platforms for feedback.
