Job Description

We are searching for a passionate Sales Executive to join our Durban team. The ideal candidate will have a knack for building relationships and driving sales, showcasing a proven track record in exceeding sales targets. You will engage with clients, develop proposals, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while contributing to team goals.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Attend and contribute to sales meetings and training sessions.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Support the marketing team in developing effective promotional strategies.
  • Monitor market conditions and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Provide input into product development based on customer feedback.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales budgets and forecasts.
  • Work with the finance team to ensure timely invoicing and collections.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior sales staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in sales management
