Job Description

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist in Cape Town who will provide exceptional technical support to our diverse client base. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT systems and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between IT and users, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Troubleshoot and escalate issues as necessary to senior staff.
  • Assist in maintaining IT policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Conduct training sessions for new team members on IT processes.
  • Stay updated on the latest technology trends and advancements.
  • Evaluate new software and demonstrate solutions to staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Certification in Information Technology or related field
  • Degree in Computer Science is advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support
