Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between IT and users, ensuring excellent customer service.
Troubleshoot and escalate issues as necessary to senior staff.
Assist in maintaining IT policies, procedures, and standards.
Conduct training sessions for new team members on IT processes.
Stay updated on the latest technology trends and advancements.
Evaluate new software and demonstrate solutions to staff.
Requirements
Education
Certification in Information Technology or related field
Degree in Computer Science is advantageous
