Wire Spooler

Job Description

As a Wire Spooler, you will operate machines that wind wire onto spools, ensuring the production process is efficient and that quality standards are met. Candidates should have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate wire spooling equipment to produce high-quality wire spools.
• Perform regular inspections to identify any issues with the machinery.
• Adjust tension and setup for different spool sizes as necessary.
• Document production data accurately each shift.
• Participate in team meetings to enhance production efficiency.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to uphold standards.
• Implement safety protocols during machine operation.
• Train new team members on spooling processes and equipment.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical training in electrical engineering or a related field preferred

Experience

• No prior experience required, on-the-job training provided.
