We are on the lookout for a Machine Learning Engineer to join our vibrant team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will work on developing and implementing advanced machine learning algorithms to enhance our product offerings.

Responsibilities

• Implement data pipelines to ensure high-quality data flow for machine learning applications.
• Experiment with various machine learning frameworks and libraries relevant to project needs.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of different machine learning models through A/B testing.
• Assist in the design of machine learning strategies to meet business goals.
• Stay updated on advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
• Master's degree preferred but not mandatory

Experience

• 3+ years in a machine learning role or similar

Technical Skills

• R programming
• Deep Learning Frameworks

Certifications

• Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer
• TensorFlow Developer Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
