Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Property Manager to oversee our portfolio in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, an eye for detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with tenants and owners alike. You'll be responsible for ensuring properties are well-maintained, tenant relations are positive, and all lease agreements are adhered to.

Responsibilities

  • Administer leases and maintain accurate tenant records.
  • Lead property marketing efforts to attract new tenants.
  • Supervise repair work and manage maintenance schedules.
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to property operations.
  • Foster a collaborative relationship with all stakeholders.
  • Prepare financial reports and ensure timely rent collection.
  • Identify opportunities for property enhancement and value-adds.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Real Estate Management
  • Additional qualifications in Facilities Management preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in property management or related field
