Job Description
Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with strong clinical skills to enhance our patient care efforts. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing patient care, alongside providing education to patients and their families. Responsibilities
- Assist in medical procedures and interpret diagnostic tests.
- Support patients in daily activities to promote well-being.
- Coordinate care in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
- Participate in quality improvement activities and assist in patient safety initiatives.
- Support discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions for patients.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (B.N.)
- Registered Nurse qualification and experience in a clinical setting.
Experience
- 2+ years of nursing experience preferred
