Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their vision and translate that into architectural concepts.
• Execute surveys and feasibility studies for proposed projects.
• Conduct zoning and building code research to ensure compliance on all phases.
• Coordinate with contractors during the construction phase to address design implementation issues.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and interns.
• Stay current on industry trends and innovations to apply in projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in architectural design

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Revit
• SketchUp

Certifications

• Professional Architectural Registration (e.g., SAIA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
