Seeking a talented Architectural Designer to join our firm in Cape Town. You will work closely with clients to create unique designs that reflect their vision while adhering to building codes and sustainability standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from concept through completion.
• Prepare presentations for clients and stakeholders.
• Utilize CAD software for creating detailed designs.
• Oversee the work of junior designers and interns.
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure design intentions are met.
• Manage project timelines and budgets.
• Assist in the preparation of planning applications.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in architectural design

• AutoCAD
