Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of contact for all IT support issues.
• Provide effective solutions to clients and team members.
• Assist in managing IT inventory and resources.
• Implement security measures to protect company IT systems.
• Create user accounts and manage access permissions.
• Conduct analysis of recurring issues to develop proactive solutions.
• Help with the management of cloud-based services and applications.
• Facilitate communication between team members regarding IT projects.
• Prepare IT reports for management review.
• Stay current on industry best practices and certifications.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
• Any relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MTA) are advantageous

Experience

• 1+ years of experience in technical support roles

Technical Skills

• Mac OS
• Basic Scripting

Certifications

• CompTIA A+

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational

Advantageous
