Job Description

As a Non-Profit Manager, you will spearhead various programs and initiatives aimed at fostering community development and advocating for social justice. You will lead a dynamic team, manage budgets, and work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve our mission.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the annual planning process for all programs and projects within the organization.
  • Assess community needs to develop effective programs.
  • Cultivate relationships with potential donors and sponsors for financial support.
  • Promote a culture of teamwork and shared goals among staff and volunteers.
  • Prepare grant applications and reports to secure funding.
  • Represent the organization at community events and meetings.
  • Ensure organizational goals align with community needs and priorities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's in Non-Profit Management or related field preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in leadership within a non-profit setting
