• Coordinate all aspects of fundraising initiatives.
• Recruit and manage volunteers for various programs.
• Evaluate community needs and adapt programs accordingly.
• Maintain records and documentation for compliance and reporting.
• Utilize social media platforms to increase community awareness.
• Assist with grant applications and donor communications.
• Work closely with the Director to achieve organizational goals.
