Job Description

We are seeking an Environmental Engineer to join our Cape Town office. The successful candidate will work on various projects related to environmental assessments, pollution control, and sustainable resource management. You'll be responsible for developing strategies and solutions to environmental problems while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects focused on waste management and resource conservation.
• Analyze environmental data to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
• Report findings and recommendations to management and clients.
• Stay current on environmental regulations and best practices in the industry.
• Collaborate with other engineers and scientists on interdisciplinary projects.
• Promote public awareness and education on environmental issues.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or Engineering
• Postgraduate qualifications are advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in environmental assessments

• ISO 14001 Lead Auditor

• English: Fluent
