We are in search of a dedicated Tax Consultant to assist our diverse clientele in managing their tax liabilities. The role requires a solid understanding of the South African tax system and a commitment to providing tailored tax solutions. Responsibilities

• Analyze client financial data to identify tax reduction opportunities.
• Interpret complex tax laws and regulations for clients.
• Liaise with revenue authorities on behalf of clients.
• Develop tax compliance checklists for clients.
• Assist clients in optimizing their corporate structures for tax purposes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax legislation and trends.
• Conduct workshops and seminars on tax planning strategies.
• Prepare summaries of tax law changes and their implications for clients.
• Facilitate tax-related training for clients' staff.
• Engage in business development activities to attract new clients.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Postgraduate qualification in Taxation is highly desirable

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in tax consulting

Technical Skills

• Tax Risk Management
• Corporate Tax Strategy

Soft Skills

• Problem-Solving
• Negotiation

Certifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent certification
• Tax Certification from a recognized body preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent
