We are looking for a passionate Aesthetician to join our esteemed team at Beauty Bliss Spa in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of skincare treatments and be committed to providing exceptional service to clients. As an Aesthetician, you will be responsible for performing skin analyses, recommending suitable treatments, and executing beauty services such as facials, waxing, and makeup application.

Responsibilities

• Perform beauty treatments such as waxing, tinting, and makeup application.
• Provide exceptional customer service to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Engage in continuous education about new techniques and products.
• Collaborate with other beauty professionals to enhance client experiences.
• Assist in organizing spa events and promotions.
• Contribute to maintaining a positive and productive team environment.
• Ensure client confidentiality and respect their privacy.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Skincare or Beauty Therapy
• Specialized training in advanced aesthetic treatments is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in aesthetic and beauty therapy roles
