Job Description

Join us as a Housekeeping Supervisor where you will be responsible for directing housekeeping operations, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a pleasant environment for guests. Ideal candidates will have previous supervisory experience and know the importance of teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the housekeeping team in maintaining cleanliness in guest rooms and public areas.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
  • Perform daily inspections and provide feedback to staff on performance.
  • Maintain strong communication with management regarding operational needs.
  • Ensure proper utilization of cleaning equipment and supplies.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork and respect among staff.
  • Investigate and resolve guest complaints regarding housekeeping services.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting staffing needs.
  • Contribute to the development of departmental reports.
  • Stay current on industry standards and trends in housekeeping.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in housekeeping, with 1 year in a supervisory role
